“I Don’t Know Why” Video Premieres on Perez Hilton.

Perez Hilton debuts Lily Elise’s new single, “I Don’t Know Why.” The song, released on February 2, 2016 via Elise’s soundcloud page was quickly picked up by Free Bike Valet, Wonky Sensitive, HypeM, The Autumn Roses, City of Tenants, Cheatbook Mag, We Are Going Solo, Fourth District, and more!

City of Tenants wrote, “best damn song you’ll hear all day,” while Autumn Roses wrote “It will make your heart bounce like an unexpected surprise or some much-needed good news, that little jolt a familiar thrill.”

Speaking on the song, Lily said, “This is my favorite song on the EP and also the most honest. Listen on a rainy day for maximum vibes.”

For the premiere, Perez wrote, “Her song ‘I Don’t Know Why’ is not your traditional pop. It’s very soulful with some R&B touches. It could totally be an Ariana Grande song. A really good Ariana Grande song!”
